INDEED Projects is a women-led non-governmental organisation based in Valencia, Spain, rooted in the leadership of young people, especially young women. Founded in 2024, we support young people on their journey to become leaders and agents of change in the pursuit of more inclusive, equal and just societies.

We connect local action in Valencia with European cooperation. Our four strategic priorities — gender equality, lifelong learning, mental health and wellbeing, and sustainable development — guide practical learning experiences designed with young people, especially young women.
