1. How this website works

The INDEED Projects website is rendered dynamically by a native PHP application. It does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, behavioural or social-media tracking cookies.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising networks or embedded social-media feeds.

2. Strictly necessary cookies used on this website

This website uses two strictly necessary, first-party session cookies. Neither is used for analytics, profiling or advertising.

Contact form session (`indeedpublicsess`). Created when a visitor opens the contact page. It stores a temporary security token used to confirm that a submitted message genuinely came from the contact form on this website (CSRF protection). It lasts only for the browser session and does not track visitors elsewhere on the website.

Administration session (`indeedadminsess`). Created only when an authorised administrator signs in to the restricted `/admin/` area, to keep that session authenticated while managing content, subject to inactivity and absolute time limits. The session is managed entirely by this website's own code; no third-party or external authentication provider is used. This cookie is never set for ordinary visitors browsing the public website.

3. Strictly necessary hosting technologies

The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver pages, protect the service, balance traffic or prevent abuse. These mechanisms are not used by INDEED Projects to build visitor profiles or deliver personalised advertising.

4. External links

Links to Instagram and other external sites do not set those providers’ cookies until the visitor chooses to follow the link and leaves this website.

5. Consent

Because this website only uses the strictly necessary cookies described above, no cookie consent banner is required. This policy will be updated, and a consent mechanism introduced, before any non-essential analytics, embedded media or other tracking technology is added.

6. Browser controls

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies described above may prevent the contact form from working correctly, or may prevent authorised administrators from accessing the content management area; it has no effect on ordinary browsing of the public pages.
