About INDEED Projects

INDEED Projects is a women-led non-governmental organisation based in Valencia, Spain, rooted in the leadership of young people, especially young women.

Our story

Founded in 2024, INDEED Projects supports young people — particularly young women — on their journey to become leaders and agents of change in the pursuit of more inclusive, equal and just societies.

INDEED Projects provides young people with tools and opportunities to strengthen and exercise their leadership, protect their rights, contribute to their communities and inspire others to do the same.

Through its projects, INDEED Projects strengthens individual and collective leadership, reinforces local social fabric and builds bridges between local and global action through a deep understanding of place and transnational exchange.

Our mission

To support the journey of young people — especially young women — in becoming leaders and agents of change in the pursuit of more inclusive, equal and just societies.

How we work

Feminist and youth-led

Young people, and especially young women, are contributors, organisers and decision-makers, not passive recipients.

Inclusive

We design safe and welcoming spaces and adapt our work to different experiences and barriers.

Collaborative

We work with communities, civil society, educators, institutions and European partners.

Purposeful

Activities connect to a clear social purpose and to changes that participants can use in practice.

Transparent

We communicate openly, use evidence and treat learning as part of responsible project delivery.

Our approach

Our work is designed by and for young people. Participation, inclusion, gender equality, the do-no-harm principle and a clear purpose are built into the process from the beginning.

We combine non-formal education with project design, monitoring, evaluation and learning. This allows us to connect engaging activities with stronger evidence, practical outputs and accountable implementation.
